We are looking for a part time Customer Service Assistant to join our successful client in Bourne End. You will be responsible for processing customer orders and managing incoming enquires.

Working in a friendly Customer Service team of 4, the role is office based, 15-20 hours per week. Salary is £13.50ph plus benefits including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, excellent pension contribution and company bonus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Dealing with all types of orders by understanding & anticipating their requirements
  • Monitoring stock, promotions and any other special projects
  • Backorders to be monitored daily
  • To manage & control all Customer Repairs from start to finish
  • Filing of purchase orders with picking notes to be kept up-to-date

Key Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills - both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills - with customer and work colleagues
  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Previous experience processing orders
