Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests from
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Receive and sort mail and packages
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with Facilities-administrative tasks as needed and directed by Site FM
  • Ensure Client's security protocols are followed for visitor access

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Familiarity with scheduling software is a plus
