Now Hiring: Production Operatives (Nights) Bourne PE10Location: Bourne, LincsShift: 7 PM to 3 AMPay Rate: £11.96 per hourRole Purpose:To safely and efficiently unload inbound containers, palletise products, and ensure items are correctly located in the warehouse.Key Responsibilities:* Unload and palletise inbound containers.* Inspect pallet quality and dispose of damaged pallets appropriately.* Prepare and wrap products and pallets for storage.* Ensure proper pallet stacking and configuration, with no mixed products on pallets.* Perform pre-shift checks on equipment and complete necessary paperwork.* Ensure equipment is charged and stored correctly at the end of the shift.* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work space daily.* Participate in quarterly stock takes, working safely as part of a team.Requirements:* Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team.* Willingness to adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.* Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary.Apply today!
