  • Preparation of the Group's year-end consolidated statutory accounts under IFRS
  • Primary contact for auditors and external accountants to ensure timely delivery of all required documentation
  • Oversight of monthly Group balance sheet preparation and cash flow management
  • Compilation of the PLC financial Board report
  • Management of Corporation tax payments and review of quarterly VAT returns
