- Support financial planners with client files, reports, and all admin tasks
- Handle client enquiries and ensure timely communication.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage documentation.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with third-party providers.
- Assist with regulatory paperwork and compliance.
- Participate in training and development opportunities.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal).
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Administrative experience, ideally in financial services (preferred but not essential).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ideally experience within financial planningÂ
- Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience).
