Hours: 36.25 hours, Mon-Fri, 9am-5.15pm, 1 hour lunch, office based

Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working with our client who are a growing, forward-thinking company with a great reputation based in Ringwood. They are now recruiting for a Secretary to support the legal team. This is an extremely varied and challenging role.

Responsibilities of the Secretary:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls and enquiries
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Diary Management
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Typing correspondence
  • Organisation of meetings and providing refreshments where required
  • Producing documents and reports as required
  • Producing monthly reports for invoicing
  • Filing, scanning and archiving when required
  • Providing support to other team members as and when required
  • Providing Reception cover when needed.

Requirements of the Secretary:

  • Computer literate and proficient with MS Office applications
  • Strong administration and secretarial skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Fast accurate typing skills
  • First class communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Methodical and process driven
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Audio typing experience ideally but not essential
