We are looking for a dedicated Financial Planning Administrator to join our team and help us provide excellent service. This role offers career development opportunities within the financial services industry.Role Overview:As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will support financial planners with administrative tasks, manage client records, prepare documentation, and assist with client communication. We are seeking someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in growing within the financial planning field.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support financial planners with client files, reports, and all admin tasks
  • Handle client enquiries and ensure timely communication.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage documentation.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with third-party providers.
  • Assist with regulatory paperwork and compliance.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal).
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
  • Administrative experience, ideally in financial services (preferred but not essential).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ideally experience within financial planning
