Your new companyA dynamic digital marketing agency is expanding its team to enhance client experiences through exceptional digital marketing services. They specialise in creating and managing high-impact digital campaigns that drive measurable results for a diverse range of clients. Your new roleAs a Digital Account Manager, you will be a key player in the digital marketing team, managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns for various clients. This role involves planning and executing SEO, PPC, and social media strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives, and delivering successful outcomes. You will work closely with Account Executives and Platform Specialists to achieve these goals.

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications.
  • Plan and execute tailored digital marketing campaigns.
  • Lead client meetings and provide regular updates on campaign progress.
  • Align campaign activities with client goals and objectives.
  • Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Generate detailed weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Specialists to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client tasks.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 1 year of agency experience in managing SEO, PPC, and/or social media campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing a multi-client workload.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4.
  • Strong skills in Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative.
  • Strong proofreading skills with excellent spelling and grammar.
  • Passionate about digital marketing.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Capable of managing a busy workload and prioritising tasks.
