Sales Executive, Bournemouth, Hybrid , Up to £45,000 - £60,000 (OTE)

Are you a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for the automotive industry? We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join an expanding sales team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in helping sellers and dealers buy and sell stock, using your expertise to ensure customers get the best price for their vehicles.

Our client are offering a starting base salary of £25,000 + monthly commission. The current Sales Executives are realistically earning an additional £1,000 per month as a minimum.

Sales Executive Responsibilities:


• Handling inbound leads, proactively calling sellers who have been through one of the daily auctions
• Objection handling and negotiation skills to help sellers understand offers, align reserve prices and persuade sellers to proceed with the sale of their vehicle.
• Develop industry knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible price for their vehicles.
• Work towards individual revenue targets, striving for excellence in performance and delivering exceptional results.

Sales Executive Skills & Experience Required:


• Self-motivated and target oriented.
• Previous experience with outbound calls
• Strong teamwork skills, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to build rapport, and effectively negotiate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work one Saturday per month.
