We have an exciting new vacancy for a Chef De Partie to join our team at The Heathlands Hotel. The Heathlands Hotel has 130 en-suite bedrooms and is set in beautiful, landscaped gardens within walking distance of the quaint seaside town of Bournemouth and the local train station,

Your main duties will include:
- Produce a high standard of food as per the guidance of our Head Chef.
- Assist in the preparation and service of meals for various menus.
- Adhere to our stock control procedures.
- Work as part of a busy team.
- Add a touch of your own flair and creativity.
The successful candidate will have experience in working in a hotel kitchen with strong communication skills,a keen superb attention to detail, and take pride in their work.
