We’re looking for a highly skilled individual to join our team and support the delivery of key business objectives through innovative marketing and communication strategies.

About the Role

In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide strategic advice on issues management, reputation management, and campaign development. You’ll partner with senior management to craft compelling communication strategies and implement campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.

You will also take the lead on media relations, responding to high-level enquiries, and creating engaging content for various platforms. This is an opportunity to truly make a difference by ensuring all activities align with strategic priorities, while measuring impact and return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative communication and marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead media relations and manage responses to sensitive and high-profile media enquiries.
  • Create and commission engaging content that appeals to a range of audiences across multiple channels.
  • Advise senior leadership on campaign development and the most effective marketing mix to achieve goals.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in communications and technology to ensure excellence in service delivery.
  • Support incident response activities and ensure critical communications are delivered as required.

  • Qualifications: A relevant degree or equivalent experience, along with an advanced professional qualification.
  • Experience: Proven success in managing complex communication challenges, delivering high-impact campaigns, and advising on reputation-sensitive issues.
  • Skills: Exceptional customer focus and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Attributes: Politically astute, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and identify commercial opportunities.

Additional Requirements:
