Our client based in Bournemouth has Sales & Retentions positions available, offered on a temp to perm basis.

Their industry-leading software platform serves businesses and their customers throughout the UK and Ireland and due to their success they are looking to grow their team of Sales Executives.

The main purpose of the role is to reach out to their exisitng customers who might have issues with their payment plans or to offer them new products or services. The emphasis is on service and welfare; finding out why customers are having issues and reminding them of the benefits offered.

About you:

You are a strong team player with a friendly and approachable nature. You have a confident telephone manner and a passion for delivering first class customer service.

Additionally you work proactively, deal with customer with empathy and have a trustworthy nature.

The successful candidate will ideally possess previous experience of working in sales or retentions experience and is able to work in a fast paced office environment.

Hours: 10am to 6pm. Hybrid working is available on successful completion of probation.
