We are recruiting for a Sales Manager to spearhead building a new Sales team dedicated to growing our unique appliance care business. You will report directly to the CEO and begin your journey leading our existing engaged and passionate Sales people to help Zest achieve it’s goals.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead, engage and grow our team of Sales Advisors to promote and sell our appliance care products.
  • Manage outbound & inbound customer campaigns and target setting for the team.
  • Drive sales performance, device incentives and maintain a high level of advisor engagement.
  • Manage team performance, mentoring, coaching, appraisals, training and goal setting.
  • Identify and assess individual training needs and deliver relevant training.
  • Interview and select new hires, oversee inductions, and ensure successful onboarding.
  • Understand the data pipeline and identify new campaigns to drive growth.
  • Implement product, process, and script improvements.
  • Act as technical reference point for the team to resolve product queries.
  • Analyse and report on team and campaign performance.
  • Deliver the sales budget through effective campaign management.

We require:

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role in sales
  • Experience of data analysis and campaign management
  • Commerciality with exceptional contact centre management experience
  • History of creating hiring plans and ability to train, develop and retain talent
  • Project management and process improvement experience
  • In depth knowledge of CRMs and advanced MS Office 365
