We are currently working with a southern based building services/M&E company that are looking for a Mechanical Project Managerto join their team.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high value projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Role:
- Manage mechanical projects, ensuring planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, monitor site progress for compliance, prepare project reports, manage risks, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Able to multi-task complicated actions.
- Able to work collaboratively with multiple departments
- High Commercial Awareness.
- Strong Negotiation skills.
- Strong Leadership ability.
- SSSTS.
- Higher Education Project Management Qualifications (desirable but not essential).
