The Role:

As a Paid Social Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across various platforms. Collaborating with a dynamic team, you'll ensure campaigns meet performance goals while delivering exceptional value to their clients. This is a hybrid role, so you must live within commuting distance of Bournemouth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to meet client objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analysing data to optimise for ROI and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their goals and provide regular performance updates.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging ad content tailored to target audiences.
  • Stay updated on paid social trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of paid social experience, ideally (but not essentially) within an agency or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in paid social platforms and analytics tools
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of managing campaigns that achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals in collaboration with creative teams.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Location: Based near Bournemouth or within commuting distance for a hybrid working model.
