CNC Machinist – Bournemouth – Up to £45,000

Are you passionate about precision engineering and skilled in CNC machining? Whether you specialise in milling or turning, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing engineering companies in Poole on a permanent basis.

Purpose

We’re looking for experienced CNC Machinists to join our team – both Millers and Turners are encouraged to apply. You’ll be working in a modern, well-equipped facility with a team dedicated to producing high-quality precision components for a wide range of industries.

As a CNC Machinist, your key responsibilities will include

  • Setting, and operating CNC mills or lathes
  • Working from detailed technical drawings and job specs
  • Producing high-quality, precision components in both small and large batches
  • Performing tool changes, setups, and quality checks
  • General workshop duties and maintaining a clean work environment

As a CNC Machinist, you will need

  • Proven experience setting and operating CNC Machines
  • Either have programming experience or be willing to learn
  • Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality
