As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical work on-site for our commercial project. You will manage a team of electricians, ensure the quality of work meets safety standards, and ensure that electrical systems are installed efficiently and to code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the electrical installation team on the commercial project site.
- Plan and schedule electrical work to meet project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Review electrical plans, specifications, and drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical work to ensure it meets code and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and other construction professionals to ensure smooth project flow.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical work, inspections, and safety procedures.
- Train and mentor junior electrical staff, ensuring their professional growth and safety.
- Manage inventory of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring everything needed for the project is available and in good condition.
Qualifications:
- Gold ECS card
- SSSTS / SMSTS
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, with at least 3years of experience on commercial or industrial projects.
- Experience reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of electricians.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
