This subcontractor work alongside blue chip clients such as Kier and Morgan Sindall delivering high-quality fit-out services on projects valued up to 1M. Known for their exceptional end-to-end service, they maintain a strong pipeline of work for the coming years. As a close-knit company, they are passionate about developing junior talent-having previously trained a Trainee Estimator who has since progressed to Contracts Manager. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to welcome a new Trainee to accelerate their career

This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring construction professional to gain well rounded experience within the fit out sector and become Contracts Manager within the next 3 years.

You will be based in the office, working closely with the Estimator while receiving hands-on training to master the art of producing accurate and competitive tenders. Over time, you will transition into managing projects, gaining the skills needed to oversee them from enquiry to completion. Once you can successfully secure and deliver projects, you will be promoted to Contracts Manager.

The ideal candidate will have some construction experience or qualification, either a HNC in construction or degree. A candidate with Commercial Assistant experience will also be well suited to this position.
