Salary: 70,000 - 75,000 + CarAllowance + Bonus

The Ideal candidate
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team. This key role will be responsible for the successful delivery of Commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the contract lifecycle, including commercial management, project planning, resource allocation, and client relationships. You will possess strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to deliver successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Experience required:
- HNC/HND or higher Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Possessing a comprehensive understanding of construction methods, technologies, and building regulations.
- In-depth understanding of financial analytics, legal agreements, and the ability to lead successful negotiations and secure optimal commercial outcomes.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects within tight deadlines and in high-pressure environments.
- Prior experience working for a reputable construction contractor is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in construction contractual law, including a robust knowledge of JCT & NEC contracts and the ability to administer them effectively.
- Expert knowledge of building regulations and the Building Safety Act.
