About the Customer Service

The role will require you to answer queries from the general public via the telephone.

Skills required-

Previous customer service via the phone is essential within an office based environment in any of the following sectors ideally - hospital, doctors surgery, medical centre, education or care homes.
Must be able to work on own initiative
Data Entry accuracy
Must have an excellent telephone manner
