- Acting as the first point of contact for customers who need support, via the phone, email, post or via live chat
- Providing comprehensive support, to ensure that customers can utilise the services provided without issue and giving advice on matters relating to payments, certifications, cancellations and system queries
- Working with internal departments to resolve queries related to both finance and sales, supporting on matters such as payment agreements
- Seeking ways to improve customer journeys
- Seeing customer queries through to conclusion
- Ensuring that productivity targets and work-related objectives are met
- Developing and maintaining working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders including customers, colleagues and suppliers when required
- Encouraging a positive business reputation and seeking opportunities to ask customers to leave Trustpilot reviews when appropriate
- Undertaking ad-hoc admin work as needed and supporting the team by switching between customer service workflows as required
