Customer Service Representative £24,000 - £24,100 P/A rising with regular pay reviews! Bournemouth Full time | Permanent | Monday to Friday | 9am to 5pm  Start Date: Monday September 9th  Would you describe yourself as resilient, methodical or an excellent communicator? Could you multitask and manage various customer relationships in a day?Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join their Bournemouth team.  The main purpose of this role is to:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer relationships, ensuring expectations are kept and timeframes are met
  • Manage communications with customers and third parties, with both verbal and written communication including letter writing
  • Proactively contact customers and third parties by phone
  • Manage a variety of administration tasks. 

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to£24,100 P/A, rising with length of service to over £27k, plus benefits including 35 days' annual leave including bank holidays, dental insurance, enhanced maternity/paternity scheme, critical illness cover, and so many more! This role comes with 12 weeks' office-based training which is mandatory. Once this has been completed, you will have the opportunity to work hybrid.  The ideal candidate:

  • Must have some form of customer services experience. This can be from a retail, hospitality, call centre, office, telephone-based or customer facing environment.
  • Will need to have good conversation skills and the ability to multi-task is essential.
  • Must have good IT skills, be able to produce emails and documents on a computer and have a GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Maths.
