HYBRID WORKING
Fox Morris are working with Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council in relations to finding a Customer Service Officer to start work ASAP!
Responsibilities
- This is a telephone role where the successful candidates will be taking calls about Council Tax, Parking, Concessionary Travel (Bus Passes), Blue Badges, Homeless and General Enquiries.
- The successful candidates must be willing to work in a hybrid environment. They will get the opportunity to work from home and should be willing to attend the office when required.
You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.
