Job Title:Digital Marketing ManagerContract Type:Permanent, Part Time, Full Time, Job Share option availableSalary Range: £44,000 - £66,000 Depending on experienceLocation:Bournemouth – HybridClosing Date:Wednesday 11th December 2024Digital Marketing Manager: We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Digital Team in Bournemouth on a hybrid basis.As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient digital (web) customer acquisition and management strategy to achieve the annual business plan within budget. This role encompasses the management and development of paid and non-paid digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, Affiliates, Display, Paid Social and online referral programmes. It is responsible for proposing, defining and evaluating new sales/retention of online customer targets.Here are some of the accountabilities of the Digital Marketing Manager role:
- Developing and agreeing annual sales plans and budgets for our online products
- Accountable for the delivery of the paid media sales plan across PPC, Email, Paid Social, Affiliates, referral programmes and any other paid media.
- Accountable for SEO to optimise the website for brand terms and key head terms for the suite of products.
- Work collaboratively across teams to ensure fluidity, consistency and high performance of marketing campaigns and propositions.
- Identify opportunities to acquire and grow digital customer relationships and increase their profitability through improved targeting and appropriate digital channel strategies.
- Support driving Xsell through digital promotions working collaboratively with customer engagement and retention teams.
- Developing and managing our Digital agency/s and affiliate relationships to deliver both strategic and tactical sales
- Working collaboratively with Analytics to produce monthly forecasts of sales and A&P expenditure, and hence full-year product contribution, with full rationale given for any variance from budget/last forecast.
- Analysing, evaluating and reporting the performance of Digital Marketing channels, working closely with our Digital Analytics team
- Â Identifying, exploiting and delivering new strategic opportunities that assist with online growth, cognisant of the wider environment and future development and innovations
To be successful in being considered for the Digital Marketing Manager role you will need the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Be able to demonstrable an understanding of and empathy for consumer needs and be able to convert these into creative digital marketing communications.
- The ability to analyse complex data, manage plans and budgets.
- Significant digital marketing experience working at a senior level.
- Good knowledge of relevant legislation and codes affecting financial promotions.
- Previous experience of account management, within both an agency and client setting
- Superior written and oral communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Proactive and self-starting; able to manage and drive through complex projects
- Excellent people and inter personal skills.
