Position: Experienced Teaching Assistant
Location: Bournemouth
Pay: £12.82 an hour
Start date: October start
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30-15:30

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children, especially those with additional learning needs, SEN, or behavioural challenges
- Ability to manage behaviour effectively and use initiative to support pupils
- A positive, patient, and nurturing attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with staff, parents, and other professionals
