Administrator - Energy Surveyor

We are seeking a professional and motivated Administrator to support our Energy Surveyor with improving the quality of our energy data. Initially, this role will focus on validating data from various sources and using that information to calculate more accurate SAP results in the energy module of Keystone Asset Management software. As the role develops, additional responsibilities will be incorporated as outlined in the job description.

In this position, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely input of data across several workstreams, ensuring that energy data is maintained and updated within the asset management system. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance the accuracy of energy data. Your work will directly contribute to the development of strategies to help meet important decarbonisation targets, such as achieving EPC band C by 2030. You will conduct regular data quality checks, system audits, and performance reviews, identifying and addressing any data issues. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of stock condition surveys and help gather and compile the data required for external funding bids.

You will play a vital role in ensuring that information on asset management systems is accurate, up-to-date, and reflective of current work priorities. This will include extracting and presenting data to meet both internal and external requests, assisting with performance management reporting, and supporting financial projections. You will also contribute to the preparation of strategies and plans, ensuring that asset management functions run smoothly.

The successful candidate will have experience working with Keystone Asset Management software and Microsoft Office. Experience working as part of a team is essential, and you should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will need to be well-organised, able to analyse financial data, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence in service delivery will be key to your success in this role.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in asset management and make a direct impact on the future of energy data and decarbonisation efforts. If you have the right experience and qualifications, we would love to hear from you.
