The Role:

As an experienced PA / EA, you’ll become an indispensable part of our team, effortlessly taking charge to ensure everything runs seamlessly. You’ll instinctively know what needs to be done, providing direct support to our directors and senior leadership, making their day-to-day operations more effective and focused.

From coordinating high-level meetings and preparing detailed reports to managing events and handling diverse administrative tasks, every day will offer variety and opportunity. Based at our offices near Bournemouth Airport, this role promises excellent rewards for a proactive and skilled professional with at least three years of experience in a similar position.

About You:

You should have a genuine passion for being a PA or Executive Assistant that shines through in everything you do. Plus, an excitement for working within travel and helping others. Results and attention to detail should be second nature and you’ll have the knack of second guessing what the senior team need.

You’ll be calm under pressure, the perfect support to any of the team, love fast pace and love change, but you’ll definitely love being on the inside of seeing something amazing being built.

Here is where we see you need experience to kick ass at this role:

+ Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role completing diary and email management for multiple people+ Ability to think outside the box and problem solve+ Experience at handling a wide variety of administrative tasks including minute taking, appointment scheduling, presentation preparation, report preparation, research and more+ Event organisation experience+ Very high attention to detail and passion to do things right+ Excellent communications skills with professional and pleasant manner+ Excellent organisational skills
