Your Company:The talent acquisition team at NET Recruit is supporting a business in the housing sector, who are looking for a Finance Business Partner in the Bournemouth area. The aforementioned business, is a highly successful and growing business, operating with strong ethical values and a core mission to support the local community. This position will be crucial to the growth of the business, empowering decision makers with vital financial information in order to support commercial decisions, acting as a trusted advisor to interpret and present key financial information to stakeholders as needed and supporting the development of the business strategy.Your Roles and Responsibilities:While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:
  • Preparing and delivering accurate financial data for senior management, in order to support important business decision making
  • Developing analytical frameworks with the aim of supporting strategic planning and performance management, and assist in the implementation of these across the business
  • Conducting risk assessments related to business objectives
  • Working cross-functionally to identify opportunities for business growth
  • Communicating complex and detailed financial concepts to a range of stakeholders, at varying seniority levels, in a manner than is easily understood and able to be digested
What you will need to Apply:Applicants must have previous experience managing the production of management accounts, as well as handling budget preparation and the control processes. Ideally this experience should be from within the housing/real estate sector and be from within a group entity. Relevant knowledge includes closedown procedures and the production of statutory accounts.
