Key Responsibilities:
  • Full Case Management: Own the end-to-end process of packaging client cases, ensuring a fast and smooth journey from start to finish.
  • Secured Loan Expertise: Process secured loan and second charge mortgage cases with precision and adherence to deadlines.
  • Client & Adviser Communication: Maintain excellent communication with clients and advisers throughout the loan process, ensuring clarity and satisfaction at every stage.
What You Bring:
  • Proven experience in the mortgage brokerage industry, specifically in case management or packaging/processing.
  • Knowledge and experience with secured loans or second charge mortgages.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines while maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail.
  • CeMAP qualification (fully or part-qualified) is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
