We have an opportunity for an HR Professional, HR Advisor, Reward Advisor who has strengths in a variety of pay and reward activities on a long-term contract working in Bournemouth, Dorset with a hybrid working contract through 31st March 2025As an HR Advisor (Pay & Reward), you will be an integral and active member of the Pay and Reward project team working collaboratively with colleagues to support the delivery of the Reward and benefits transformational project in an effective and timely manner.CandidatesExperience HR or Reward & BenefitsReviewing policy and making recommendationsAbility to lead on small projects within the wider projectAbility to collaborate in the office (needs to live locally)Very organisedExcellent communicatorConfident in presenting and sharing information with large audiencesExcellent team workingExperience of reward and recognitionExcellent understanding and experience of using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft productsAbility to translate data into charts, graphs etc to present to stakeholdersFast learner and self-motivatedHigh level of resilienceAbility to undertake reliable research and present findingsUnderstanding of employment legislation (desirable)Understanding the Equality Act 2010Offer
