To lead the way, they're searching for a passionate and visionary Brand Manager who can drive the future of this thriving business. THE ROLE: MARKETING MANAGER  Talent Guardian is teaming up with a dynamic Poole-based company seeking a strategic Marketing Manager. This role offers the chance to drive brand growth, lead creative campaigns, and work closely with key decision-makers.  WHAT YOU’LL DO:  
  • Be the champion of brand consistency across every touchpoint, from e-commerce to wholesale and physical stores.
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing, Design, and leadership to shape the creative vision, directing lifestyle and e-commerce shoots that make the brand shine.
  • Create and maintain strong, clear brand guidelines, ensuring a distinctive and compelling ‘Tone of Voice.’
  • Stay ahead of the game by analysing competitors and market trends, keeping the brand fresh and relevant.
  • Plan and execute stunning seasonal photoshoots and eye-catching brochures for season collections.
  • Lead the charge on impactful seasonal campaigns across digital and social platforms, overseeing all content creation from emails to digital assets.
  • Make sure the brand stands out at trade shows, department stores, and every retail space it graces.
  • Drive engagement and growth across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, while exploring new opportunities on platforms like YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team on exciting seasonal launches and campaigns, boost D2C growth, and develop strategies to accelerate brand momentum.
