Business Development Manager
  • Location: Ringwood, Bournemouth (Hybrid Work)
  • Job Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
  • Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE
  • Commission: 3% on new business, 1% on retained business
Day-to-day of the role:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide customised solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
  • Attend international events and exhibitions to network and promote our services.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the exhibition or event industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
