Based: Hampshire

Salary: 60,000 to 65,000 plus company bonus

My client is a leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor who are seeking an additional Mechanical Estimator to join their already successful team. They work on a variety of projects across the Public and Private sectors with an M&E package values up to 5m

As a Mechanical Estimator you will be based in theiroffices and work closely with the existing mechanical and electrical Estimating team, working on a number of tender enquiries including design and build, ranging from 50K to 5million. The project types my client specialise within include Education, Leisure, Commercial, Residential and MOD.

The successful candidate will come from a Building Services background, and ideally qualified in a Mechanical discipline. Previous experience working as an Mechanical Estimator is preferred, with a demonstrable track record of tender/project wins.

My client uses estimation software packages therefore previous experience would be advantageous although not essential. The main criteria is a passion and flair for estimating and the sector, understanding the value of the role and playing an essential part in the overall team and business.
