My client, a government body is seeking an experienced Reward Officer for an initial 4 month contract based in Dorset, Bournemouth

Pay Rate: Up to £26 per hour (Inside IR35, Via an umbrella company)

Hybrid: 2 days in the office; remaining days can be worked remotely

Tenure: 4 months

The successful Pay and Reward Consultant willl provide specialist input and advice on pay and reward policies and practices.

Skills Required:

As our Senior Reward Officer, you will provide a vital contribution in supporting team activities including but not limited to:

  • Advanced relevant professional qualification with clearly evidenced continuous professional
  • Development demonstrating an understanding of best practice and a broader commercial awareness.
  • Experience in supervising and coaching a team
  • Experience in Local Government and unionised environment
  • Good knowledge of ICT including MS Office applications and MS Dynamics
  • Experience of maintaining positive relations, providing complex advice and support to strategic stakeholders
  • Able to build relationships and rapport quickly with consideration to differing customer needs
  • Able to organise and manage multiple activities with conflicting deadlines
