Academics are actively seeking both ECTs and experienced Teachers to join our team of teachers. Our local schools in Bournemouth and nearby regions offer flexibility for long-term, short-term, or daily engagements. What you do:

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Ability to commute to schools in Bournemouth and potentially surrounding areas.
- Strong classroom management skills
- Adaptability and the ability to work independently.
To be considered as a Supply Teacher with Academics you should be creative, open-minded, and optimistic, with the ability to adapt your teaching methods to suit each school's unique context. You'll be proficient in behaviour management, building strong and meaningful relationships with your students. You should have great communication skills, ability to foster effective collaboration with Teaching Assistants (TAs) and fellow staff members.
