About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). You will play an essential role in helping to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment, offering tailored assistance to students to help them reach their full potential.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working with children, particularly those with SEN needs and EHCPs.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a difference in students' lives.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team, supporting both teachers and students.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to promoting inclusion in the classroom.

To make you eligible for the role you must:

  • Hold right to work in the UK
  • Hold and enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references
