GSL Education are looking for an enthusiastic anddedicated Teaching Assistant to join schools in Bournemouth, working full-time to support students in their educational journey.
JOB DETAILS:
- Type of work – Small group and 1:1 session.
- Contract or position start date – Immediately or you can join at the starting of January 2025. Â
- Full time.
- Pay: £12.82 per hour, depending on experience.
As a Teaching Assistant, you have the unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives every day. Whether it is providing 1:1 support, helping to manage classroom activities, or encouraging personal growth, your contribution will be essential in helping students achieve their full potential. Also, you have to assist teachers and school’s staffs in preparing and delivering lessons, adapting materials where needed, monitor and report of student progress as well as helping in the administrative task while ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.

For working as a Teaching Assistant:
- A degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is advantageous.
- Previous experience working with children in a classroom environment, or as a Teaching Assistant is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach.
