Combine this with an exceptionally talented team and a passion for what we do goes some way to explaining why we are so successful.      The Role:As Client Services Manager, you will engage with both existing and prospective clients to promote our services and offer recruitment solutions that not only meet their immediate needs, but provide a long-term talent sourcing partnership solution. Reporting into the Managing Director, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying prospective clients and gaining an understanding of their recruitment requirements.
  • Cross selling our services to existing clients to maximize business opportunities.
  • Aligning our services with prospective clients’ needs and presenting them with relevant and effective recruitment solutions.
  • Attending face-to-face or virtual meetings to present our recruitment solutions.
  • Developing strong relationships with client contacts and establishing yourself as their trusted recruitment advisor
  • Utilizing social media and direct marketing to engage with employers
  • Integrating new clients into the business and ensuring SLAs are agreed and delivered
  • Fully utilizing our CRM system to maximize efficiencies
 Your profile:
  • A demonstrable record of increasing sales and generating new business, ideally within the recruitment or a similar service sector.
  • Tenacious with a passion to build long term partnerships and deliver effective solutions.
  • Commercially focused and able to negotiate agreements across all levels of management.
  • Self-motivated and target driven.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
