Part Time OpportunityWere seeking an experienced HR professional / HR Advisor / HR Generalist or Recruitment / Resourcing Advisor to join a busy and friendly operational HR & Resourcing team. You will be overseeing a range of operations resourcing and Temporary Staffing contracts. As an HR Advisor you will

  • Provide high quality, consistent, robust, proactive and timely advice to service users, ensuring compliance with policies, relevant terms and conditions, employment legislation and best practice; referring on to the Manager or other specialist teams.
  • Co-ordinate, administer and provide guidance for all employment life cycle transactions, workflows, administration, mailbox management and HR records (electronic across multiple systems and hardcopy) maintenance.
  • Co-ordinate, administer and provide guidance for the full recruitment life cycle and associated processes and workflows including but not limited to: redeployment, advertising, interviews, selection, appointment and on-boarding.
  • Effectively manage and complete a diverse set of employment life cycle tasks, workflows and responsibilities, responding within agreed timescales.
  • Ensure compliance across activity with all relevant regulatory, legislative and policy requirements including but not limited to: pre-employment checks, Right to Work, Disclosure and Barring Disclosures.

CandidatesWe are seeking an HR Generalist HR Advisor or a HR Officer/Recruitment Advisor who has a strong background of high volume HR and resourcing activity.

  • CIPD Level 5 Preferable
  • Significant experience and proven track record of HR transactional administrative work in a busy and complex environment
  • Experience of HR, recruitment and ideally temporary staffing, including full contracts of employment, vetting and compliance.
  • Ideally some experience of ATS/HR Systems projects

The Offer

  • 6 Months Contract initially until end of July 2025 + scope for longer term beyond
  • Part Time18 hours, working Wednesday, Thursday & Friday as part of a job-share
        • Wednesdays from 1 pm to 4.30
        • Thursday 8.30 am to 5.00pm
  • Friday from 8.30 to 4.30 pm.
  • Hybrid - 1 day per week from home
