Technical Administrator

We are seeking a Technical Administrator to join our Asset Management team. This role will initially focus on supporting the Energy Surveyor, ensuring the accuracy of energy data, and improving SAP calculations within the Keystone Asset Management system.

In addition to energy data validation, the role is expected to expand to cover other asset management duties, contributing to the overall improvement of our housing asset database.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely data input from various sources.

Work collaboratively to enhance the quality of energy data within the asset management system.

Assist in developing strategies to meet EPC band C by 2030 and other decarbonisation targets.

Conduct data validation, compliance checks, and system audits.

Extract and present asset data for internal and external reporting.

Support stock condition survey planning and financial projections.

Configure and manage databases to meet operational needs.

Provide management information and reporting on asset performance.

Assist in bid preparation for external funding opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

  • Experience with Keystone Asset Management software
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of other ICT tools, including Outlook and Teams.
  • Experience working within a team-oriented environment.
