Role is primarily a remote role but office spaces are available if office based or hybrid working is preferred.

About the Client:Our client, a well-established organisation in the public sector, is seeking an Administrator with Data Analysis experience to support their Energy Surveyor in improving the quality and accuracy of their energy data. The Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for validating energy data from multiple sources and enhancing SAP calculations within the organisation’s energy module. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate energy performance assessments and supporting compliance with energy regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Validate and analyse energy data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Support the calculation of accurate SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure) ratings within the energy module.
- Work closely with the Energy Surveyor to identify and correct data discrepancies.
- Utilise asset management software (such as Keystone) to manage and update energy-related data.
- Assist in generating reports and insights to support energy efficiency strategies.
- Stay up to date with energy performance regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience in data validation, analysis, and reporting within an energy or property management setting.
- Knowledge of SAP calculations and their role in energy performance assessments.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning).
- Familiarity with Keystone Asset Management software (advantageous).
- Understanding of energy efficiency, EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates), and housing asset management.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
