Commercial Property Solicitor , Bournemouth This is an excellent opportunity to join a well known and Legal 500 recognised firm on the south coast with a local , regional and national client base. You could be any level of qualified experience, solicitor, associate or senior associate and you will be weighting up your next import career move. You should be highly motivated by this area of law and be keen to make an impact in a well run team, servicing long standing clients. It's the typical mixed value caseload and a varied client base : property developers, owners and investors, for all aspects of commercial property work, including sales and purchases of  commercial leasehold and freehold premises, acquisition and sale of property for development, ie construction of new build / plot sales,  landlord and tenant work, acting for pension schemes and much more.The firm have strong ethics and standards and are known for their very high levels of client care.  You'll have autonomy in the role, the chance to lead or assist on complex cases  and you'll get a caseload appropriate to your level of experience.You'll have trained and gained experience in a noted firm and you'll be commercially aware , strong at drafting and researching. So what are you waiting for ?
