Does your current firm offer you high quality work, a supportive team, excellent salary and a superb career path ? Would you like to benefit from joining a firm with long-standing clients and a very good internal culture ? In addition to annual leave, occupational sick pay and pension scheme membership, the firm offers a range of benefits including healthcare schemes and hybrid working. You could even factor in a lunchtime walk on the beach ! With the forthcoming changes to Employment Law , you can expect to find a busy caseload and plenty of opportunity to bill big ! The firm are looking for someone experienced, a safe pair of hands to handle a range of issues advising employers, HR directors and managers on all aspects of complex Employment Law and day to day HR issues. You'll be happy to participate in business development activities and ensuring that the team is successful and all the right thing are being done within the firm. Ideally you'll have upwards of 4 years experience in Employment Law, either claimant or respondent and you'll have made an impact elsewhere in your career handling a range of complex employment transactions including drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and procedures, tribunal claims, settlement agreements and guiding employers through TUPE and redundancy processes.  .
