The Role: Associate/Senior Associate - Contentious Trusts & Probate

This role is perfect for someone with at least three years of experience in contentious trusts and probate, gained in a regional or national firm. You will join the firm's highly respected Private Client Group, acting for private individuals, trustees, executors, deputies, and attorneys. You'll be involved in a broad array of complex and engaging cases, from 1975 Act claims to Court of Protection matters.

The team works closely with the Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Estate Planning teams, creating an integrated and collaborative environment.
