You will manage an established caseload focused on Wills, Powers of Attorney, and the probate process from start to finish. You'll receive support and supervision as you refine your expertise in a high-quality, client-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a busy caseload of probate, Wills, and Powers of Attorney
  • Providing high-quality, jargon-free legal advice to clients
  • Drafting legal documents and overseeing the probate process from inception to completion
  • Working with clients on Court of Protection applications and deputyships
