We are recruiting for our client, a regional law firm with office across the South. We are on the lookout for two talented Legal Secretaries to become an integral part of their thriving and growing Private Client and Commercial Litigation teams. The roles are based in the Bournemouth office and is a full time role 9-5pm Monday to Friday. This is an opportunity to be at the heart of a busy, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. If you thrive under pressure and like a challenge, this role will keep you engaged and constantly learning. Experience in Private Client work or Commercial Litigation is not necessary, however, some legal experience would be.

You'll work within a welcoming, professional team, delivering high-quality support and client service.

File management
Client care
Document preparation
Diary management
Client interaction
General administrative duties

About You:
Previous experience in a similar Legal Secretarial role
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
Pride in delivering quality work
Proficiency in MS Office and IT skills along with audio dictation experience
