We are seeking a Legal Secretary to join a leading Conveyancing Department, offering a fantastic opportunity for those looking for a new challenge. This role requires handling cases from initial instruction through to completion, supporting Fee Earners pre-exchange, and working independently post-exchange and post-completion.
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage cases from initial instruction to completion, ensuring all processes are followed accurately and efficiently.
- Support Fee Earners with the preparation and management of documents and correspondence pre-exchange.
- Take full responsibility for post-exchange and post-completion tasks, working independently to ensure all legal requirements are met.
- Utilise various conveyancing portals and case management systems effectively to track and manage cases.
- Maintain high standards of client service, ensuring all interactions are handled with a personal touch and professional manner.
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary within a Property or Conveyancing department.
- Strong familiarity with conveyancing portals and case management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Outstanding organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and a sympathetic manner, reflecting our commitment to providing excellent client service with a personal touch.
