Site Administrator - Waste Management
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 3 PM - 1st Hour paid overtime

Our client are seeking a dedicated and organised Site Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining efficiency across the site while supporting various teams with administrative tasks. Your contributions will be essential in keeping operations running seamlessly.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Administrative Support:Provide day-to-day administrative assistance across various functions.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping:Maintain accurate records, files, and databases to ensure accessibility.
  • Communication:Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Meeting Coordination:Organise meetings, including scheduling and documentation.
  • Data Entry:Accurately and promptly input data into relevant systems.
  • Office Management:Assist with managing office supplies and resources to support operational efficiency.
  • Weighbridge Support:Assist in managing weighbridge operations, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
