Unique opportunity to lead the Operations function for a fast growing, specialist aerospace manufacturing business in Dorset.
In this varied and pivotal role, you will join the senior leadership team and play your part in executing a major expansion programme. This is a successful and well-capitalised manufacturing business, growing organically and through acquisition. You will take the full responsibility for manufacturing operations, including planning, production, supply chain and quality.
We’re seeking a seasoned manufacturing professional with proven senior management experience within aerospace manufacturing sector. (Please note that aerospace experience is an essential requirement for this position).
You'll have a proven track record in continuous improvement / lean manufacturing. You’ll be a experienced leader, able to manage multiple teams. You will be analytical, commercially astute and data driven in your decision making. You’ll be comfortable working in a rapidly-scaling SME environment.
