Site Manager (Long term contract)

Avocet Recruitment are working with a successful non-plc construction company who are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a background in new build traditional housingto take over the project in Bournemouth. The company specialise in premium delivery on refurbishment and new build projects, on both residential and commercial scales.

The project is a new build site composing of 37 apartmentsand will be ongoing for the next 16 months or so.

This is a long term contract position with scope to lead further projects for the right person.

The day rate is negotiable for the successful applicant.
